Oystercatcher is a charming, traditional two bedroom Norfolk fisherman’s cottage situated on the High Street just a short stroll from Blakeney Quay and all of the village amenities. Perfect for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life this property has been recently updated and now has all of the modern requirements required whilst retaining every bit of its coastal cottage charm.

Upon entering the cottage in to a long entrance hallway you will find the living room on your right with a lovely, comfy sofa, and arm chair perfect for snuggling up in front of the gorgeous wood burning stove. In the corner is a dining table that will comfortably seat four. Neutrally decorated and opened up to the kitchen, this room feels very light, airy and welcoming.
From the living room, down a small step is the traditional, small but well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. The kitchen is tastefully decorated and allows access back through to the entrance hall off which is the ground floor shower room and the door out to the wonderful enclosed courtyard garden which has a pretty table and chairs set, perfect for sitting and sipping a glass of wine on a warm sunny evening. Back inside and to the front of the house is the good sized double bedroom.
Up the original, steep ‘Norfolk Winder’ cottage stairs from the sitting room is the large twin bedroom which looks out over the high street. This room has a good sized en-suite bathroom.
There is a pull out bed that we can set up in the upstairs twin bedroom to sleep 3 guests. Extra charge applies.
